A Dash of Heather: Makeup Magic is run and owned by makeup artist Heather Albert. Heather is a professional certified Connecticut based makeup artist here to enhance your beauty and fulfill your vision, while offering the best customer service. She attended Brio Academy of Cosmetology where she recieved 32 hours of training in makeup artistry. From there she continued to dedicate many hours to learning the latest techniques and expanding her craft.
Each session is tailored to your specific needs with every last detail customized. Extra care and time is taken to ensure that you recieve your desired result. Only high quality products are used, particularly high end ones. Keeping clients safe is important, so all tools and products are kept sanitized thoroughly.
Specialties include prom, event and bridal makeup, as well as cosplay makeup. Heather dabbles in special FX makeup and can do certain looks for Halloween.
She strives to ensure that every client has a magical makeup experience and finishes their session with a smile.

Victoria Scofield is Heather's Administrative Assistant and Social Media Manager. The two have known each other since high school and continue to be friends to this day. Victoria has recently graduated from college and looks forward to helping her best friend grow her business!
Along with helping Heather out with her business, she has become a Mary Kay Independent Beauty Consultant. She is hoping to bring extra services to A Dash of Heather: Makeup Magic to further the fun and magical makeup experience.
